Strategy & Advisory
Decide what to build before you build it.
Read moreA partner for companies that have outgrown the way they have always done things. We find the constraint that actually governs the outcome, fix it with you rather than around you, and leave you able to do it again without us.
What we do
Engagements start wherever the pressure is greatest. They tend not to stay there — problems rarely respect the boundaries of a service line.

Read moreHow it runs
You will know what we are doing, why, and what it costs before it happens. Every engagement runs on the same four beats.
We spend the first week asking questions and staying out of the way. No recommendations, no deck — just an accurate picture of how the work moves today and where it catches.
Week 1We come back with what we found, including the parts you will not enjoy hearing. You get the reasoning and the evidence, not a conclusion you are asked to trust.
Weeks 2–3Work ships in increments you can see and use. Nothing disappears into a six-month black box and reappears as a surprise.
Weeks 4–10Documentation, training and a scheduled review. The engagement ends on a date agreed at the start, not whenever the retainer runs dry.
Week 11+Selected work
Three engagements where the brief we were given and the problem we found were not the same thing.
A regional freight operator was losing tenders to competitors who simply answered first. Quoting required three systems and two people. We consolidated pricing logic into one internal tool with an approval path.
The client was ready to spend heavily on a second production line. Process mapping showed throughput was constrained by a scheduling handoff, not capacity. The line was not needed.
Eleven years of accumulated logic lived in one workbook only two people understood. We rebuilt it as a documented internal system without a freeze on trading.
In their words
“They told us the project we had budgeted for was the wrong project. That conversation was uncomfortable and it saved us most of a year.”
“The handover was the part that surprised me. Six months on, my team is still using the documentation — and still improving it themselves.”
“We had been told the same thing by two other firms. They were the first to show us the workings rather than just the conclusion.”
Before you ask
Start here
The first conversation costs nothing, lasts about half an hour, and is not a sales call wearing a different hat. If we are not the right people we will say so and point you at who is.
Start a conversationDemonstration build — Rich Business is a placeholder identity, and the figures, engagements and quotations shown are illustrative rather than records of real clients.
